- Stop the blender and check the consistency; it should be thick yet scoopable with a granular texture.
- If desired, taste for sweetness or tartness and add more simple syrup or lime juice if needed, then briefly blend again to incorporate.
- Pour the frozen slushie into chilled glasses and garnish with a lime wedge or a colorful straw for presentation.
Notes
For a smoother texture, you can pre-freeze the glasses or run the blender longer for a finer slush. Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of simple syrup to your taste.
