Method
 

  1. Measure the green apple juice, absinthe, sour mix, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add plenty of ice cubes to the shaker, filling it about halfway to ensure proper chilling.
  3. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is cold and the outside of the shaker feels frosty.
  4. Strain the chilled cocktail into a glass, using a fine mesh strainer to catch any ice shards or pulp, ensuring a smooth, clear drink.
