  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup water or cold orange juice for blending

Method
 

  1. Add the sliced peaches, ice cubes, grated ginger, honey, lemon juice, and water (or orange juice) into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth, icy, and well combined, about 30-45 seconds. You should see a vibrant, frosty texture.
  3. Stop and taste the slushie; adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or ginger.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more water or orange juice and blend briefly.
  5. Pour the slushie into glasses, giving it a gentle swirl to distribute any settled pulp or frost.
